The former Mis-Teeq singer admitted that she was so distraught following the collapse of her five year relatinship, that she briefly considered ending it all.
Speaking on tonight's Piers Morgan: Life Stories on ITV, the 35-year-old confessed:
“I didn’t eat for a few days. I just remember sitting on the floor in my house. You ask those questions: Why? What have I done wrong?”
"I feel embarrassed to talk about it but I do remember having that split second thought.
"It's not something I would even do or was even close to doing. I just remember having a feeling when I was driving, I just felt so low in myself that I just thought I wouldn't care if the car crashed."
The Britain's Got Talent judge now has 1-year-old daughter Azura Sienna with partner Azuka Ononye, a professional dancer.
