The 26-year-old reality star has revealed she doesn't plan on following the many other celebrity mums by eating her placenta.

"It's disgusting and I'd never do it in a million years.

"There's no proof it does anything to help, it can make you feel really ill and no one knows where it gets shipped to – you could end up eating someone else's placenta," she told Look magazine.

Former TOWIE star, Amy revealed after taking her placenta pills she feels "amazing" and still hasn't had any "baby blues" however it seems that Binky doesn't believe in the benefits.

The mum-to-be also opened up on feeling pressured to lose weight quickly after giving birth and admitted it will depend on how she feels after having her little girl. She told the publication: "I don’t see why anyone would have an opinion if I did lose it quickly.

"As long as you’re doing it the healthiest way and you’re gaining strength from within, then why not? I don’t see why people have such an issue with wanting to feel good."

We totally agree Binks!

The yummy mummy recently revealed she has quit Made in Chelsea after six years but don't worry MIC fans because Binky and her boyfriend JP will feature in their own reality show that will follow them on their journey to parenthood.
