The star posed in a sexy photo shoot for men’s magazine FHM and she spoke to them about how she feels even sexier now she’s in her 40s.
The bombshell told the mag: ‘I feel more comfortable now… Less nervous. I feel like I’m in a really good place in my life and just being in that space makes you feel sexier.’
‘The secret to being sexy starts on the inside first. I think it’s all about embracing yourself.’
The model and actress still never tires from posing in sexy magazine spreads, telling FHM: ‘I love being on shoots because you can get into the fantasy of it all. I love getting into new outfits too, stuff I wouldn’t normally wear.’

Carmen shot to fame when she played a lifeguard in hit TV show Baywatch.
‘I still have the red swimsuit,’ Carmen says. ‘The whole Baywatch experience was just crazy, because it was such a new phenomenon at the time. It was really exciting and I learnt a lot working on that show.’
FHM celebrates its 20th birthday this year and to celebrate they are crowning their all-time winner, and Carmen is up for the flattering gong.
‘Obviously it would be great to win,’ she says. ‘But there have been so many amazingly sexy girls in FHM over the years. My vote goes to Beyoncé – she’s just been so hot for so many years and she looks better than ever now. But it’s always fun to see how high you get on the list!’
