Taking to Twitter the actress shared a candid snap of partner Tom Pitford and her baby boy Alfie as they chilled out in bed together.
She wrote next to the snap: “Happy First Fathers Day @TP_PTfitness - we love you so much!!! Love Me and Alfie xx.”
The 31-year-old has already adjusted to her role as a new mum after giving birth to Alfie earlier this year.
The Coronation Street actress paid tribute to husband Tom in her blog, writing: “You’ve made me the happiest girl in the land and you are the most wonderful father to our beautiful son Alfie.
“We are both truly blessed to have you!
“We’ll be spoiling Tom rotten on Sunday.”
Since falling pregnant last year, Catherine has made a name for herself as a lifestyle blogger.
During her pregnancy she sparked controversy by attempting to blast mothers who don’t eat well for their unborn babies as well as mother’s who don’t set a good example with a healthy lifestyle.
Though her blog has been keeping her busy, Catherine is set to return to the Corrie cobbles later this year.
