The American model was talking about her relationship with Kirk when another housemate suggested that he might have been unfaithful.
Cami said angrily: “If he cheated, I would be in jail!”
The tattooed star then explained to her fellow housemates how she met the reality star over Twitter before meeting up in Las Vegas.
After falling for each other, Cami moved to London before getting engaged to the Essex playboy.
Things soon went sour between them and the couple parted ways in November, calling time on their three month romance.
Before entering the Big Brother house she said: “The public has me attached to my ex and I don't want that. I am my own person and I want them to know that this is who I am and not this person's ex.”
Cami then added: “I don't want to be Cami who used to be with Kirk.”
It was reported earlier this week that contestant Calum Best already had his eye on the alternative model.
A friend of the star said: “Calum likes a naughty girl and Cami Li has a bit of a twinkle in her eye. He liked her straight away.
“He loves girls who have tattoos, particularly on the ankle and foot - and of course, she is a tattooed glamour model so he's in his element.
“He's dated girls who look just like her in the past and I could tell the moment he set eyes on her in the house that he was hooked because he has a certain look about him when he likes someone.”
