The former Big Brother contestant, 31, previously hit out at 34-year-old Kelly for choosing to date David, 28.
Following their split two weeks ago, Chantelle addressed them in her British magazine column – and she didn't hold back.
She said: "I want to say a big fat 'I told you so' after what's happened with David McIntosh and Kelly Brook.
"He's a complete chancer and his true colours didn't take long to come out. He basically used Kelly to boost his profile and get on CBB purely because of their relationship.
"People like him will never see their own faults, they just want to point the finger and lay blame at everyone else's door."
And, just to make her point very clear, Chantelle added scathingly: "I hate him!"
But mum-of-one Chantelle wasn't as harsh about model Kelly.
She said: "I know that Kelly will bounce back. She's so gorgeous that she'll have a queue of men fighting over her."
At the beginning of the year, Chantelle blasted Kelly and David's relationship and claimed that he'd once tried it on with her.
Speaking at the time, she said: "I can't believe Kelly Brook is dating David McIntosh, aka ex-Gladiator Tornado! He's been around the block a bit and has dated a few girls in the public eye – he even tried it on with me years back!"
