Jake, 22, proposed to 24-year-old Jesy on stage, as Ed Sheeran serenaded them with their favourite song, and Coleen, 50, claimed their wedding is going to be just as extravagant.
Writing in her column for the Mirror, the Loose Women panelist said: "They definitely want the whole hog, a white wedding with all the trimmings. And although they're young I don't think they'll hang about."
Coleen revealed that she was in on Jake's plan to pop the question, and added: "Afterwards, we all went back to mine and the table was immediately covered in bridal magazines."
Little Mix star Jesy has already started the most important task of finding her perfect dress, and she's been consulting her future mother-in-law.
"Jesy has been emailing with dress ideas, ranging from fishtails to princess skirts," Coleen said.
Opening up about Jake's proposal shortly afterwards, Jesy admitted it felt like the band's X Factor victory in 2011.
She told KEY 103: "I said to the girls, it was weird but it felt like when we won The X Factor, I felt like I wasn't there, it was really strange.
"It was all a bit of a blur, we were walking off because I thought we'd finished sounchecking and then lo and behold, Ed walked out. The girls were like, 'Jess, Jess' and I turned around and he sang mine and Jake's song – Tenerife Sea – and as soon as he sung that I just knew, I bawled."
