**She has a figure envied by many, but Danielle Lloyd has revealed her obsession with achieving the ‘perfect’ body almost killed her. **
Danielle, 32, confessed she went under the knife after having children because of loose skin – but the results were disastrous.
Appearing on ITV’s This Morning, the mum-of-three said: “I had loose skin after I had the children, so I had my implants changed, when I woke up, they were the size of my head and they would not stop growing.”
Shockingly one of Danielle’s implants EXPLODED and she woke up in a pool of ‘murky water’.
When it became clear something was very wrong, Danielle’s implants were removed. She continued: “[They] found a blood clot under the muscle. I started to bleed to death. I lost six pints of blood and you only have 12 in your body.”
Danielle had her first boob job at 21, when she was working as a glamour model, and admitted she was devastated to suddenly be without implants.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant, who split from husband Jamie O’Hara in 2014, said the botched surgery affected her marriage, and added: “I didn’t feel confident, didn’t like him seeing me naked.”
Recently Danielle appeared on Channel 5’s Botched Up Bodies, and now insists she regrets having surgery at such a young age.
She said: “I wish I had waited until I was older and more mature, or after I had kids. Natural is better. You don’t need cosmetic surgery to be beautiful.”
