It turns out that actress Emily actually gave birth a whole two weeks ago but wanted to keep quiet before announcing in on the 4th July – America’s Independence Day.
Her hubby, John Krasinski, decided to announce the amazing news via the medium of Twitter and announced her beautiful name.
Little Violet.

Violet joins big sister Hazel, who was born in 2014.
Back in March, Emily opened up about carrying her second bundle of joy:
She told C magazine:
"The first pregnancy is the most self-indulgent thing in the world because you get massages and prenatal yoga and hypnotherapy CDs.
"During this one I forget that I’m even pregnant. I’m hoisting my 2-year-old around!"
Emily definitely didn’t slow down during this pregnancy - she continued promoting her most recent films including The Huntsman: Winters War and also fitted in filming of the film adaptation of Girl On The Train.
What a trooper!
Let’s hope Emily and John can really enjoy some much needed family time ASAP.
