**Where do you shop? **

Waitrose, or Whole Foods when I’m in London, as I like to buy organic food.

How much do you spend?

Way too much, but I like to eat good food!

What is your typical daily diet?

Breakfast is home-made cereal – prepared ones have too much sugar – with rice milk and goji berries. I snack on an oat bar or banana and then for lunch I have baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn or omelette and salad. For dinner I have fish with rice and veg, or wheat-free pasta with veg. I never have dessert, mainly as I eat huge portions of my main and I’m full!

**Is there anything you refuse to eat? **

I can’t bear butter or cream.

What three foods would you take to a desert island?

Eggs, fruit and fish – I’d catch it and eat it!

What would you cook to impress?

I’d play it safe with a chicken pasta dish I make.

What’s your favourite drink?

I have two coffees to wake up and then drink water all day. My tipple is red wine when I go out for dinner.

Nutritionist Dr Barbara Wilson says:

“There is nothing negative to say! I’d guess she gets more than her five-a-day, including antioxidant-rich goji berries. There’s also plenty of fish, so Kim’s probably getting the three recommended weekly portions, and enough calcium in the form of rice milk. Even Kim’s treats aren’t especially naughty so there’s room for some good chocolate and red wine!”
