Gaby Roslin is over the moon after she announced that her publisher boyfriend, David Osman asked her to marry him on holiday although at first she thought he was joking!
Gaby broke the news about her engagement on yesterday’s Loose Women, flashing her sparkler as she did. The TV presenter revealed that she had been engaged for three weeks.
“Three weeks ago David proposed’ she said.
'I thought he was joking'
“It was very romantic and we were on holiday. We went down to the beach with the girls, looking at the stars. Suddenly all three of us are standing there and he went down on one knee and said would you do me the honor of being my wife and I thought he was joking.”
Gaby, who was previously married to musician Colin Peel in 2004, said that the couple are in no rush to get down the aisle though.
The couple are yet to reveal plans for the wedding, but have said that they will officially tie the knot sometime next year.
