The Spice Girl brood is ever-expanding!

Geri Horner (also known as Halliwell) and husband Christian Horner have happily announced that they are expecting their first child together.

She sent the rumour mill into overdrive earlier today (October 10) after tweeting a particulary cryptic tweet that quoted a line from her famous song It's Raining Men: "God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice"

However, an official statement from her team read: “They are absolutely delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together.

“The couple is overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family."

Geri, 44, already has an adorable little daughter Bluebell, 10, who is alledgedly especially excited about becoming a big sister.

Last year, Geri admitted that she would love to have more children and even hinted that she would consider adoption if she wasn't able to concieve naturally.

She said: "If it happens it happens and that will be amazing. But we are already blessed with two girls.

"We might think about adoption but to be honest, we know we are so lucky and so happy with things as they are, you have to realise when not to push your luck."

Guess all her dreams came true...
