And it seems it is more than just their professional relationship that has flourished, with a representative for the country singer confirming on Wednesday that the two stars are an item.
The pair have both had very similar 2015s, after both their marriages ended.
Shelton was married to fellow country singer Miranda Lambert for four years, before they announced their split in July.
Meanwhile Gwen and Gavin have put their luxurious LA pad on the market following their split.
The sprawling Beverley Hills estate, which boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a pool, was originally bought for just over $13 million, but will garner a lot more eight years on.
Gwen and Gavin are seeking joint custody of their sons, Kingston, nine, Zuma, seven, and Apollo, one.
