The Big Brother star gave birth to first daughter Ariana with Australian boyfriend Adam Horsley in February.
Posting the raunchie picture on her Instagram page, which boasts 23,000 followers, the 31-year-old wrote:
‘No carbs after 6...!! flat tum ready to indulge over the Christmas period.’
The former Miss Wales previously admitted she struggled with accepting her post-baby body, explaining:
‘When I saw pictures of myself, I was the biggest I'd ever been. I wanted to get the weight off - but there's added pressure when you're being photographed. I've been modelling for years and just wanted to get back to it. I was panicking about doing it...
‘It's been a struggle and I did have days when I was so tired I cried.’

And the former glamour model seems to have gone back on her resolution not to strip off in front of the cameras anymore today.
She previously said:
‘Before I became a mum, a lot of women couldn't relate to me. But now a lot of people turn to me for support on Twitter, asking me questions about Ariana and being a mum. They see me in a different light. I'd like to do something different now.’
