The presenter and life coach has brought up sons Bobby, 12, and 11-year-old Freddy single handedly after their mother Jade Goody passed away from cervical cancer in 2009.
But thankfully the 36-year-old has now found true happiness.
Speaking to Ok! Magazine, Jeff revealed he met PR Kate on a trip to Mauritius she organised for him on This Morning.
The attraction was mutual, and almost two years on the couple are planning their wedding- despite not having moved in together full time yet!
Speaking about the week they met Jeff revealed:
"I remember trying to deliver my lines for This Morning and seeing Kate in her bikini out of the corner of my eye.. That week did more than confirm I was attracted to her."
And 26-year-old Kate is just as besotted, adding: "[I love] his outlook on life. He's just the most positive person."
Jeff's boys love Kate too, writing letters pleading for them to get married.
"The next step is moving in together, then the engagement, wedding and kids. I think the boys be brilliant big brothers- I'd love to have a little girl, I love the name Isabella," Jeff said.
"I want to do this relationship right..whatever right is!"
