Controversial Josie Cunningham has been found not guilty after appearing in court on charges of sharing revenge porn.
The 25-year-old arrived at Leeds Magistrates’ Court yesterday where she faced ex fiancé Andrew Goy over the charges.
Josie was arrested earlier this year after sharing an image of Mr Goy’s genitals on Twitter.
Mr Goy claims that he did not consent for Josie to share the picture on Twitter and did not know that Josie had taken the photograph.
The body builder told the court: “I felt upset and quite hurt. It has affected me as well. It's been in the papers and a lot of people have made fun out of it.
"It's been affecting my family and friends. I've had to go to the doctors, I've had anxiety attacks. I just want to move on from all of this."
After being found not guilty of the charges, Josie defiantly returned to Twitter, posting a selfie and writing: "NOT guilty! My Twitter selebalsy over yippee!!! (sic)"
The verdict came just hours after Josie revealed that she is pregnant with her fourth child by her new fiancé, who’s name has not been released.
Josie’s agent Rob Cooper posted a pic of her most recent baby scan and wrote on Twitter: “Josie is expecting her first child with her new fiance. She's delighted.”
