Josie Cunningham didn’t make the announcement herself, however.
Instead, she had the panellists of ITV’s Loose Women drop the baby bombshell on viewers.
Andrea McLean was busy promoting Josie Cunningham’s upcoming appearance on the show, which will take place next Monday.
And, at the end of Friday’s show, she let slip that the reason Josie will be sitting down with the Loose Women is to chat about her fourth pregnancy.
Phew, talk about letting the cat out of the bag!
Rather than confirm the news with a guessing message, Josie decided to keep thing simple.
You guessed it; she opted for a retweet!
Within minutes of the news breaking, Twitter was abuzz with the news - although Josie didn’t exactly receive congratulatory messages from viewers.
Instead, they slammed the wannabe glamour model for falling pregnant again.
"That waste of oxygen Josie Cunningham is pregnant AGAIN?!? Poor child," one user wrote.
Others pointed out the fact that Josie previously chose to undergo an abortion when doctors told her it was too "risky" to have a nose job while she was pregnant.
"Josie Cunningham pregnant again,” snapped one.
“Bloody hell who lets that thing breed?"
Josie first hit headlines when she famously bragged about receiving a free boob job on the NHS back in January 2013.
She has three children; two little boys, and one girl, who is named Grace Niev.
After Grace’s birth in 2014, Josie made headlines again when she admitted that she took cigarette breaks whilst in labour.
The new mum told The Sunday Mirror: “I was in so much pain when I was in labour and I was so stressed I couldn't stop myself in the early stages [of contractions].
"After I had Grace and held her in my arms the first thing I did was go outside and chain smoke two fags.”
