The 36-year-old rushed to Belgium following her Celebrity Big Brother win to have emergency surgery on her breasts after an operation to downsize went wrong.
But the mum-of-five put on a brave face to take 27-year-old Kieran Hayler as her husband again.
The mum-of-five later revealed he'd had a second affair with another friend, Chrissy Thomas, but vowed to stand by him.
In attendance today was Katie's showbiz bestie Michelle Heaton and her former CBB housemate Cami Li.
Cami tweeted: "Congratulations to Kieran & @MissKatiePrice! You know how to throw a good party! See you soon."
Katie's brother Danny joked: "That's handy the suit still fits from last time… sam suit different day."
The Sunday People reported that Katie stunned guests with a speech about Kieran, insisting she's in control.
A source said: "She didn't hold back and seemed to want to silence any doubts people had about their relationship. It was forceful stuff.
"It seems she's planning to wear the trousers from now on. But she loves Kieran and doesn't care what anybody else thinks about him."
