Kieran Hayler has reportedly begged his wife Katie Price not to have any more surgery.
The former glamour model has had a number of cosmetic procedures over the years but Kieran is not a fan of certain ones.
Loose Women panellist Katie has spoken out about her insecurities which have prompted her to go under the knife but Kieran is insistent it isn’t necessary, and thinks she no longer looks like the girl he fell for in 2012.
“He doesn’t want someone else’s face and has been very vocal about it,” a source told Now.
“Kieran has told her on so many occasions that he’s not a fan of the fillers and Botox in her face, but of course Katie does what Katie wants.”
Reality star Katie has had eight boob jobs, with her first one being at the age of 18, rhinoplasty to change the shape of her nose and liposuction in addition to the face fillers and Botox.
Katie and Kieran’s relationship was troubled at first with him cheating on her with Katie’s best friends Jane Pountney and Chrissie Thomas.
She says she has forgiven him but is still said to be still insecure about herself.
The source added: “Katie says everything about her is a front. She even jokes her boobs are an armour against people hurting her.
“The worst thing is when she tells Kieran she gets the work done because of his infidelities and how they made her feel.”
However, even though Katie is attempting to change her looks for the better, she’s not convinced it always works out for the best.
After having a nose job in 2007, she said: “I actually liked my nose before and now. If I had a cupboard with both noses, I’d alternate between them.”
