Katie Price has teased fans by saying she and husband Kieran Hayler could team up for a special vocal performance.

The Loose Women panellist is no stranger to the recording studio having previously released an album of covers with her pop star ex-husband Peter Andre.

And after hearing hubby Kieran do karaoke for the first time this weekend, she joked they could work well on a musical project together.

Posting a video of Kieran singing on her Instagram page, Katie wrote: “Omg in 4 years I’ve never heard my hubby sing on karaoke. How good is he!? I can feel a duet album coming on. Watch this space @officialkieranhayler.”

Katie and Peter released their duets album A Whole New World in 2006 and it had reasonable success selling more than 150,000 copies and reaching number 20 on the UK Albums Chart.

But the former glamour model’s followers weren’t so sure making a recording with Kieran was a good idea.

One person commented on the video, writing: “He’s a good karaoke singer - leave it there though. Duet? No xx Have fun though! Love a bit of karaoke.”

Another follower responded: “Some things you keep private, and this is one!! Bless him. Does he actually know you’re filming him?”

And another simply wrote: “Dreadful.”

But not everyone was quite as critical with one person replying: “Well done Kieran x ignore the hate comments Katie not worth it!!”
