After spending two weeks in hospital under constant supervision for "psychiatric issues" following a frightening meltdown, Kanye West was discharged last week and moved back into the family's LA home.
And while Kim Kardashian continued to be by her husband's side, reports claimed Kanye, 39, is "profoundly depressed and paranoid" and has been for some time.
Now insiders reveal that Kim is deeply concerned he may never be the same man again and is scared their lives might not return to normal.
A source says: "Kanye is back at home but the situation is still hanging in the balance and it's going to be a long road to recovery.
"It's frightening for Kim to see her husband in such a vulnerable position. He seems broken. He's not yet ready for normal life and needs a lot of looking after. But Kim's hopeful they can work through this"

Michelle has been forced to have stern words with her sister-in-law after she's linked to her co-star.

A source says: "Michelle is very professional and the last thing she'd ever want is drama with her co-stars.
"She is always encouraging and supportive of Jess and wants her to be happy, but Michelle was concerned she'd struck up a romance with Luke and was worried and fall-out would affect filming with him."
