The 28-year-old was accused in 2009, of striking a transgender woman by the name of Chantal Spears, also known as Ronald Spears.
The woman claims that Khloe hit her after she approached husband Lamar Odom outside a Hollywood night club, and told the then 30-year-old that he was 'too young to get married'.
The couple had married a few months earlier, and though the police were called, no arrests were made at the time of the alleged altercation.
Spears filed court documents last year, stating that she would settle out of court if Khloe paid her $150,000 for mental and emotional anxiety.
Khloe has always denied the accusations, claiming that Spears made the whole thing up.
Following a request by the reality star, the judge has now ordered a full mental evaluation be carried out on Spears.
The lawsuit remains ongoing.
