Lauren Goodger has confused her fans by posting a picture online of what appears to be a baby scan.

The Only Way Is Essex star tricked some of her Instagram followers into thinking she was expecting a baby with her imprisoned boyfriend Joey Morrison.

Alongside the picture, she wrote: “Happy Boxing Day #Christmas.”

However, if you take a closer look, the image is actually that of a turkey made to look like a scan.

People were quick to react and offered Lauren and Joey their congratulations.

One person responded: “OMG hope she is! She deserves to be happy.”

Someone else asked if it was definitely true and another person commented: “Congratulations!”

However, some people were not as easily fooled.

One person wrote: “It’s a turkey ppl. A turkey.”
