After years of failed diets, Lauren Goodger finally silenced the body shamers this year when she unveiled her incredible 4st weight loss and size 10 body.
But despite her achievement, pals say the star is increasingly fearful about gaining weight again, which caused friction on a recent holiday to the Dominican Republic with her boyfriend, Jake McLean.
A source says: “Lauren took 50 bikinis with her on holiday and spent a lot of time taking hundreds of pictures of herself in the same pose. Even the slightest hint of some excess fat or a stretch mark makes her wince as she fears that her fans won’t look up to her any more.
“Jake constantly tells her she looks gorgeous but she won’t listen. Jake said her fears are getting in the way of their relationship.”
