Liam Payne has revealed the name he REALLY wanted to give his baby before Cheryl came up with Bear...
So we've all come to terms with the fact that Liam Payne and Cheryl gave their newborn baby boy the name Bear.
And that his middle name is Grey.
After believing that they might call their son something semi-normal like Taylor or Alfie, we were a bit surprised to say the least by the baby's inventive name - which was apparently, according to Liam, completely Cheryl's idea.
But Liam has now revealed that he had an entirely different name in mind for the little lad.
Speaking to Alex and Andrea on KISS FM, Liam revealed: "Cheryl wanted a very interesting name - so that when he leaves a room, people wouldn't forget it, which I think is it definitely does that.
"I actually wanted, Arthur. I think you sound like a bit of a tank... Arthur Payne - he's not a guy you'd mess around with!"
The 23-year-old conceded: "I don't think Bear is, either though."
Whilst we are slowly becoming fans of the name Bear, we can't help but think how lovely Arthur would have been too!
Maybe for the next one, eh Liam...?
Liam went on to reveal tiny details about Bear that we've been dying to hear about: "He had a lot of hair. They say it's heartburn in pregnancy, which she got a lot of.
"He has my nose and my face. The lips are... Nobody really knows, but he's definitely got her eyes!"
The new dad explained that life for him at the moment is like "a bit of a whirlwind".
But he confessed that Cheryl is actually doing most of the work: "I'll be honest with you, she's doing it all herself at the moment because she wants to know what it feels like when I'm not there.
"She knows that I'm going on tour, so obviously she's got a lot to deal with, which is hard. I thought that I'd get the call saying we need a nanny for this, but no, she's doing everything. She's really pushing herself with it, bless her."
Hmm. Maybe you could offer to chip in once in a while Liam?!

Oh - turns out he did: "We did a rota over the night feeds, and then she was like, 'I want to do it', because she used to wake up anyway. She said, 'There's no point in us both being tired and there's gonna be points in the day when I need you to be on it, so I need you awake'.
"As a man, night feeds are kind of pointless at times, because a woman is so connected to a baby, it's something that a man just does not have. You have that super power as a woman, where your heartbeats are in even in sync."
N'aww. That's actually quite sweet!
Liam also revealed that he'd quit smoking for the sake of his son: "It's the best thing ever. Honestly, anyone out there who's trying to stop smoking, just do it.
"I just did cold turkey, I knew my son was coming, and I was like, 'I'm not gonna be smoking with my son, that's not right'."
With words that will truly resonate with any parent, the new dad lovingly said: "My life's not my own anymore now, it's not mine to decide."
He also added that he was trying to get his son working on his music at only two-months-old! Luckily, he won't have to do much: "Before the baby was born, we recorded his heartbeat and I made it into like a drum beat, which is super cool.
"We haven't really fit it with any song yet but, I mean, there's a chance of it."
Blimey. We've gone from not knowing anything about the little'un to having information overload! Thanks Liam.
