Holly Willoughby always looks great but she has visibly slimmed down in the last few months.
And while she normally refuses to talk about her body and how she stays in shape, she did open up to Lorraine Kelly today about how she has been taking more time to look after herself.
She said: "I think you sort of get - the children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more for myself.
"And I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters"
And while Lorraine agreed that Holly looks gorgeous, she did have one concern and that was for the This Morning presenter's chest.
Lorraine said: "Well you always look beautiful but don’t lose the Holly Willoughboobies."
Sorry? Just say that again Lorraine? LOL x a million!
It's no surprise Holly was a little taken aback by Lorraine's comments but she reassured her: "I think they’re still there Lorraine."
To which Lorraine replied: "Absolutely, they are gorgeous, they’re amazing."
This is getting better!
Holly was quick to end the awkward conversation, however, by saying: "And now everyone’s looking."
Thankfully Lorraine didn't just want to chat about Holly's 'Willoughboobies' though and the pair discussed Holly's new book 'Truly Scrumptious Baby' as well as her parenting tips for Will and Kate.
