Taking to Instagram, the former Apprentice star shared a photo of herself dressed up in a simple grey body con dress.

Luisa Zissman captioned it: “Out for dinner with @lindseyacole & @russell_kane”

She also reminded fans that she’s six months along in her pregnancy - despite many believing that her baby announcement on 1st April was an April Fool’s Day Prank.

At the time, one wrote: "Not cool at all, many people can't conceive... assuming this is April Fools otherwise congrats (sic)"

Another added: "abit of a sh*t joke, not thought about people who can't have a child or maybe lost a baby? (sic)"

However a spokesperson for Luisa later said that they were "really happy to confirm” that Luisa IS expecting her first child with businessman Andrew Collins.

And it seems as if Luisa, who has a five-year-old daughter, Dixie, from her previous relationship with Oliver Zissman, is sparing no expense when it comes to her second baby.

Yup, you guessed it; she’s only gone and booked herself into The Portland Hospital in London - aka the UK’s only private maternity ward, favoured by the likes of Victoria Beckham and the royal family.

Confirming her pricey choice, she shared an image of her exclusive welcome package.

She captioned it: “So this little bubba will be born at The Portland. I've just seen there is a documentary on the Portland tomorrow night on BBC2 can't wait to watch it!!

“Loved giving birth to Dixie was best experience of my life completely euphoric so excited to do it again. #hypnobirthing #hypnobirth #waterbirth #labour #ThePortland.”

For those who tuned in to watch BBC Two's Five Star Babies: Inside The Portland Hospital, you’ll know already that the hospital offers the last word in luxury care for mums-to-be.

Which is the least you’d expect, considering the price tag.

According to the Mail Online, the ward sets couples back a minimum of £30,000.

Gulp.

However we can see why Luisa is intent on making her birthing experience as amazing as possible; she previously told Ok! Magazine that she suffered terribly from postnatal depression with Dixie.

“It was awful,” she said. “You feel so lost, helpless and lonely. Being stuck at home with a screaming baby is very scary.

“I didn’t really like Dixie – and that made me feel so guilty. I didn’t understand why I wasn’t like all the other mums, in love with my new baby.”

She added: “I felt so bad that I didn’t want to wake up in the mornings. I wanted to roll over and die.”

Luisa was thankfully given a mental health test by her health visitor when Dixie was three months old.

This meant that her depression was diagnosed by her doctor, and she was given the means to work through it.

Nowadays she’s enjoying life with her little girl - and very excited about her second baby.

Congratulations once again to Luisa!
