It’s been over 20 years since the release of family movie Mrs Doubtfire was released, and it’s still a classic today.

And it turns out Matt Lawrence, who is 36 years old now, is still acting – and he’s grown into quite a hunk!

Since starring in the 1993 film, he’s gone on to appear in several films and TV series, including playing main character Jack Hunter in Boy Meets World.

More recently, Matt has appeared alongside his brother Joey Lawrence in Melissa and Joey, and his other brother Andrew plays Eric Russo in Hawaii Five-O.

Many fans have commented on Matt’s Instagram posts to tell the actor just how good looking they think he is.

“You are gorgeous, my ideal man,” one said.

Another even commented: “Matt...... MARRY ME PLEASE!!!!!”

Out of the three children from Mrs Doubtfire, Matt is the only one to still be acting as Mara Wilson (Natalie) and Lisa Jakub (Lydia) are now both focusing on writing.

Since the movie, Pierce Brosnan (Stuart) has gone on to play James Bond and has acted in countless other films including musical Mamma Mia! and Sally Field (Miranda) has also starred in many films and TV series including Forrest Gump, ER and Brothers & Sisters.

And of course, Robin Williams - the titular character – has become a household name appearing in many family favourites like Jumanji, Flubber and more recently Night at the Museum. Sadly, Robin committed suicide in 2014.

Just before his death, a sequel to Mrs Doubtfire was in early development, to which Matt told TMZ that it would “be great to get the family back together”.

“Of course I would be on board. I hope they make the second as good as the first. The first was so good,” he told them.

Since Robin’s passing, Chris Columbus – the director – confirmed that Mrs Doubtfire 2 would never happen now because of his death, but also because the studio and the audience do not want it either.
