The public were shocked after Martina Big appeared on This Morning to discuss her "tan" and breast size
Martina Big appeared on This Morning to discuss the extreme lengths she goes to tan her skin and viewers simply couldn't get over how extreme her body has changed.
The 28-year-old from Luxembourg recently appeared in Closer magazine and spoke about her plans to achieve her dream body by having tanning injections, regular sunbeds and she hopes to have a bum lift.
Martina is a size 6 but had her boob enlarged to the UK size 32S and revealed to the mag that her surgeon pumps saline into her breasts to make them bigger. She said: "They can go up to any size I want. I'm currently at a 32S but I'd like to go bigger."
She also spoke about her decision to use tanning injection and admitted: "I used to have short hair and a pale complexion.
"I was a bit of a girl next door and was very shy at school."
The glamour model who told the publication she "loves the Katie Price look" appeared on This Morning to discuss how she tans her skin. She told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes: "For a long time I wanted a crispy, brown, tanned holiday skin.
"Most of my fans say 'I remember you as a white girl and looking different but interesting,' [but] because my doctors had consultations he told me it's safe."
Her boyfriend Michael - who also appeared on the sofa – admitted he uses tanning injection too because he "can't achieve a real tan," and described her as an "exotic Barbie".
Martina has revealed she wants her increase the size of her boobs and get fuller lips.
Viewers of This Morning couldn't believe the dramatic difference from Martina six years ago to now. One person commented: "I don't know which is the most ridiculous, the horrendously enormous boobs or the totally inappropriate fake tan."
Another wrote: "This lady's chest is ridiculous, you looked so much better before x"
Someone else commented: "Where's Martina's mates at?! Why they letting her walk around looking like that"
A fourth person expressed their concern: "This is actually very sad and people shouldn't take the piss out of this woman. She has a mental health disorder."

Another wrote: "Well, I think she looks nice. In fact, I might go for that shade when I fake tan tonight."
Someone else added: "Who cares what the general public think about Martina! It's her choice how she chooses to look… she isn't hurting anyone!"
