The former Girls Aloud singer proudly posted the photo to Instagram, showing the one-year-old walking.
She gushed: "Baby steps with @stephenwalker100 for Nanas birthday [sic]"
Little Anaíya looked adorable in a spotty dress and matching headband, grinning as she walked with only a little bit of help.
Nadine and boyfriend Jason Bell welcomed Anaíya in February 2014 and she previously admitted she can't remember a time before motherhood anymore.
The 29-year-old told Hello! magazine: "I barely remember my old life at all.
"I think, 'What did I do? How did I get through 24 hours a day without a baby to look after?
"Every minute is directed towards Anaíya. There are no similarities between my old life and where I am now."
Sources claimed last year that Nadine and Jason, 35, are engaged again, after he proposed over Christmas 2013.
An insider told The Sun: "She is a traditionalist at heart and has told friends they will become a 'proper family' after they tie the knot.
"She hasn't started planning the wedding yet as obviously she is set to drop any second now. But she can't wait to organise a big white wedding once she's settled into motherhood."
