Cheryl, 31, recently laid into Nadine and said 'she's full of sh*t'.
Speaking to Attitude, Cheryl responded to Nadine's claims Girls Aloud called it a day without consulting her.

She said: "What do you want us to say? She's full of sh*t. She was the one who wanted to make a solo record. Which is why we took the hiatus."
But, despite Cheryl's less-than-pleasant words about her, Nadine admitted she'll never rule out a Girls Aloud reunion.
Nadine told the Daily Mail: "Why not! Ten years down the line. I would never rule [reuniting] out."
For now though Nadine is performing in London's West End in Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games.
The Irish beauty recently gave birth to her first child with American football player Jason Bell, daughter Anaiya, and insisted she'll be taking the baby on tour with her.
She said: "Anaiya loves to travel, she's so well adjusted. As long as she has her bottle and her mummy and her teddy bear then she's happy.
"She's a jet-setting baby, she shakes her arms and legs because she's so excited before we go travelling."
