The singer celebrated her 37th birthday yesterday on the stunning island of Mykonos, and she wasn’t alone.

Nicole was joined by 23-year-old footballer Pajtim Kasami, who she was spotted kissing at the weekend.

It seems the summer romance is just what Nicole needed. On her birthday she posted a snap of her looking flawless as she posed against a serene backdrop.

“Sending nothing but #love and #blessings on my #birthday to everyone from #Mykonos #MyHeart #GodsBeauty #sograteful [sic].”

Hunky Pajtim also shared a selfie, simply captioned: “Mykonos.”

Not missing a trick, one of his followers were quick to ask: “Did Nicole take this picture?”

Nicole’s subtle message comes after Formula One star Lewis, 30, shared a touching tribute to her.

Alongside a cute picture of them, he wrote: “Dear friend, Through the years we shared a lot, I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

“All the experiences made me the man I’m proud to be right now. The memories together will never be taken away no matter how old we get and I’m thankful for the time we had.

“I’m wishing you the happiest of Birthdays, and may God continue to bless you in all that you do [sic].”

Lewis and Nicole dated on and off from 2007, with reports suggesting his lack of commitment was the final straw for her.
