The star posted the adorable snap, showing just the babies teeny tiny feet.
Elsa posted the photo with a caption in Spanish revealing the newborns’ names, translating as: ‘They are already home. Tristan and Sasha arrived in this world 18 March just after the full moon. Complete happiness!!’
Elsa, 37, and Chris, 30, are already parents to 21-month-old daughter India Rose.
Elsa recently attended the Academy Awards in Hollywood with Thor actor hubby Chris whilst heavily pregnant.
She came under fire from Fashion Police host George Kotsiopoulos for the dress she was wearing on the red carpet.
George later defended his comments, telling an Australian news website: ‘The last thing I wanna do is rip on a pregnant woman because it is incredible that you can do this with your bodies, but I would be remiss to not … it’s a horrible dress on her. That doesn’t look like a baby bump, it looks like a beer belly. I’m sorry and I acknowledge that that’s a horrible thing to say, but it’s the wrong dress on this woman.’
His comments are probably the furthest thing from Elsa’s mind now as she welcomes her beautiful newborn twins.
