Abbey and husband Peter Crouch are already parents to four-year-old daughter Sophia.
Pregnancy must be making Abbey restless, as she later posted a couple of snaps of her winding up Peter, 34, while he tried to watch film.
She wrote: "Annoying my hubby while he's watching a film. He's seriously not impressed."
Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Abbey opened up about the highs and lows of pregnancy earlier this year.
She told The Times: "One part of your brain is going, 'Oh my God, I'm so blessed, it's a miracle'.
"And the other half is going, 'I can't bear this, I'm so fat, I'm ugly, I've got headaches, I've got spots, I feel sick.'"
