Sarah Harding appeared on This Morning to talk about her new role in the remake of classic film Ghost, but viewers were more interested in the 'ghost of the Girls Aloud star', claiming she looks COMPLETELY different.

One Twitter wrote ‘I don’t even recognise Sarah Harding on #thismorning, where’s the Girls Aloud girl gone?’

Someone else tweeted:

"Wtf happened to #sarahharding? #thismorning Sarah, is that you??"

Which is slightly dramatic, come on guys.

Maybe she has had plastic surgery? Which is TOTALLY fine of course, but this was heavily denied by Sarah when asked by This Morning presenter Anita Rani, when she acknowledged the rumors and brought up the subject.

The Jump star point blank replied ‘I haven’t had plastic surgery.’

In fact, Sarah agreed that we should embrace getting older.

'As a woman, as we're getting older we all start to become a little more insecure, that's all part of growing old and growing up. We should embrace it!' she told Anita.

She then wrinkled her forehead to prove she hadn’t had botox.

So that settles it then.

Sarah has previously admitted to a cosmetic procedure, however.

In 2011, Sarah told Fabulous magazine that she had lip fillers which was a huge mistake

‘It’s not something I’m going to be trying again, or anything I would recommend to anyone else. But, yeah, around Christmas I got a little bit experimental and decided to have some filler in my lips. Clearly that was a mistake.’

We think she looks absolutely sensational at 34 years old and is it just us or does she look a little Kate Hudson-esque? We love your look, Sarah!
