During a promotional trip to Italy with the Geordie Shore cast, Marnie locked lips with her former flame and co-star… on a nightclub stage in front of a packed dance floor.
Unsurprisingly, the news quickly got back to 25-year-old Ricky – who is said to be heartbroken.
A source told the Daily Star: “The kiss was a spur of the moment thing at a PA.
“A lot of the Geordie Shore cast were there and everyone was drunk. The crowd were chanting ‘Aaron and Marnie’ so they went for it.”
But the kiss is said to have made Ricky’s mind up. The former TOWIE star cooled off his engagement to Marnie earlier this year, after discovering texts on her phone to another ex.
The insider added: “Ricky was heartbroken [about the kiss]. Aaron said sorry but Ricky knows it takes two to tango and this is the final straw for the relationship.”
Marnie recently things turned nasty between her and Ricky following the ‘break’ – but she’s still hoping for a reconciliation.
She told new! magazine: “When we split up he called me every name under the sun and he called me a slag about 5,000 times. He told us he has always thought those things.
“I don’t know if I’m cut out for long-distance relationships. I just feel like, ‘What’s the point?’”
