He is thought to be entering the Big Brother house when the latest Celebrity version kicks off tomorrow and says he wouldn’t want to embarrass his children.
Lee, dad to Rain and Bluebell, told a UK newspaper: “I’d never snog anyone on live TV – my kids would be watching.
“I find that really distasteful. I couldn’t kiss anyone when I know my kids are sitting in front of the TV, going: ‘Hi Daddy.’
“It’s more public, isn’t it? It’s not like kissing in Sainsbury’s. It’s kissing in front of millions of people, with a microphone on so you can hear all the slobbering,”
But the 30-year-old insists he does want to find love and says that he’s been buffing up in an attempt to find a girlfriend.
He said: “I am ready to find a girlfriend. I said that on Twitter the other day and suddenly I had 5,000 extra followers saying: ‘I’ll be your girlfriend.’
“I’ve been working out hard. I’ve been on this hardcore diet and I want to get really buff.”
Lee, who starred on the Big Reunion with band Blue last year, revealed that he was once punched by N-Dubz star Dappy, also rumoured to be entering the CBB house.
He said: “Dappy’s fiery. He’s young. We were playing a charity football match and I was marking him. Because I’m bigger than him, I was knocking him off the ball and he didn’t like it.
“He just went ‘Wallop!’ and whacked me in the face. Because I’m not small, he didn’t knock me over but he cut my lip.
“There was a split second when I felt it go through my legs and I was going to grab him and beat the crap out of him. But I didn’t. It just made me laugh. I’m like an older brother to him.”
As well as Lee and Dappy, contestants also thought to be entering the house tomorrow night include: Katie Price, Sam Faiers and Katie Hopkins.
