Rylan Clark-Neal has spoken of his plans to take a year off of his television career to start a family with his husband Dan.

The Big Brother’s Big On The Side presenter also appears as a showbiz reporter on This Morning so has a busy work schedule.

And it seems the couple are happier than ever together as Rylan has spoken out to stomp on rumours this his marriage is in trouble.

He told The Sun: “I’m already a stepdad but of course, I’d like to have kids. Since day one I’ve always wanted kids. I love babies.

“It’s definitely something we will talk about and discuss if, how, when and why.

“It’s doable. It’s always on the table, it’s just when the time is right.”

The former X Factor finalist added: “If I did have a baby, I’d be the sort to want a year off just to be a dad. There’s a lot I’ve got to look at.”

He said that his even fall for rumours that his and Dan’s relationship is in trouble and the couple constantly gets called from friends asking if they are doing alright.

Rylan said: “We’re sitting their together. Honestly, everything is great between us.”
