Until now. Despite finding success as a TV presenter, Rylan, 26, has confirmed plans to release new material – and promised it will be completely different to what we've seen in the past.

The Big Brother's Bit On The Side host revealed he's signed a new record deal and that fans won't have to wait long for his music.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Rylan said: "I've actually signed a new record deal with Universal and my first single will be out soon!

"It's not the Rylan you saw on The X Factor – I'm hoping to really surprise people. The thing is, I can actually sing – I hope people know that three years on."

Rylan has been busy planning his and Dan Neal's wedding and, although he's not giving much away, he did reveal who he's asked to be bridesmaids.

He continued: "[Plans] are coming along well. We're having about 150 guests and have some amazing entertainment lined-up. Claire Richards and Hazel O'Sullivan who was in Big Brother with Dan, Luisa Zissman [will be bridesmaids]."

Other celebs expected to attend the big day include Rylan's showbiz bestie Katie Price, former X Factor judge Tulisa, Spice Girl Emma Bunton and his fellow Big Brother host Emma Willis.

Someone else also reportedly invited his X Factor mentor Nicole Scherzinger – who's promised to try her best to make it.

A source told the Daily Star: "Nicole has been invited, but she never knows what her schedule will look like. She's told Rylan she'll do everything she can to make the big day."
