While the 25-year-old looked relaxed and loved up on holiday, it hasn’t been an easy few weeks for the beauty as, once again, she’s been subjected to abuse and criticism online.
And the picture sparked quite the debate in the comments section and beyond., with one writing: "It's not the carrier that's the problem, baby should be facing mummy, forward facing means their legs dangle and isn't good for their hips."
Another added: "Research the risks of baby facing the front please."
But many of her followers jumped in to defend Sam, with one writing: “Sam, take no notice of these negative comments - they have got no right to judge you people are so rude."
Sam is no stranger to online abuse - especially when it comes to her family and personal life.
After the airing of her documentary, The Baby Diaries is February this year, many people expressed their concerned over partner’s Paul’s behaviour as both a partner and a father, and she had to defend herself on Instagram back then, too.
We say baby Paul looks very loved, so keep up the good work being an excellent mummy, Sam!
