Former TOWIE star Sam Faiersand her boyfriend Paul Knightly have taken to social media to celebrate baby Paul's first milestone birthday.
Time really does fly by!
We've all witnessed baby Paul grow so much over the past year on reality show Sam Faiers: The Mummy Diaries, from watching him take his first steps to getting involved in their beautiful family holidays.
Sam even proudly took baby Paul on ITV's This Morning, where she was praised by viewers for breastfeeding live on television.
So it only seemed right that Sam shared details of his birthday fun on social media for us all to enjoy.
Treating him to his very own tiny Range Rover and a Peter Rabbit themed tea-party, Sam expressed her love for baby Paul in an adorable Instagram post.
Underneath a collage of personal family snaps, she wrote:
"Happy 1st birthday my beautiful baby. This has been the most amazing time of my life.
"You are our world. I can’t describe in words my feelings for you. You are the happiest, cuddliest, cutest baby I know.
"Thank you for making us so proud Paul. From the moment you were born we haven’t spent a moment apart. We are best friends you make us laugh every day. Mummy and Daddy love you so much."

Today also marks another special occasion for Sam, who is also celebrating the release of her first 'baby-book' titled My Baby And Me - a guide for all the amazing new mums out there!
Alongside another adorable video of Paul flicking through the pages, Sam said:
"Paul said he's very proud of mummy and very excited that my book comes out tomorrow on his birthday.
"I really hope u like it... it has everything from my pregnancy, my body, my birth, my top tips, getting back to yourself, breastfeeding, weaning, exercise & more... I'm so excited to be sharing all my experiences with you. Love Sam xxx"
