Now her close friend Lady Victoria Hervey - who first met Sarah in her Girls Aloud days - tells Clsoer how it was a brave move by Sarah, 35, to join the show.

Socialite and reality star Victoria, 40, says: "Sarah and I spoke a lot before she went into the house. I know it was hard for her to do the show and it was really brave of her.
"CBB is seriously tough - the toughest of all the reality shows, I'd say."
