Coronation Street'sShayne Ward and former Hollyoaks actress Sophie Austin have welcomed a baby girl into the world.
The popstar turned soapstar announced his exciting news on his Twitter account, writing:
"Proud to share our incredible news.Me and Sophie had a beautiful baby girl.
"We are completely besotted and in love with the deepest of [our] hearts."
Shayne also shared his baby girl's beautiful name, Willow May Ward - how lovely!
The couple announced their baby news back in August, four months after first confirming their romance.
A source told The Sun at the time: "Sophie and Shayne have been keeping the exciting news to themselves to enjoy the moment in private.
"But mum and baby are doing amazing and they’ve started telling their nearest and dearest.
"They were unable to hide their joy at Shayne’s music gig at Glasgow’s Hamilton Park Racecourse on Saturday, chatting about the baby backstage."
The source added: “It’s definitely shocked a few people because of how fast it’s happened, but they’re completely in love and are excited about becoming first-time parents."
