Stephanie Davis has slammed her potential baby-daddy Jeremy McConnell on Twitter for his appearance on This Morning earlier today.

Jeremy appeared on the sofa with Holly and Phil in his first interview since Stephanie gave birth on January 13.

He said: "I can't help but feel she's used the baby to defame my name. I want to set the record straight and move on with my life, hopefully with my gorgeous boy."

Steph, who named the baby Caben-Albi George and says the baby is "100%" Jeremy's, released a statement on Twitter after Jeremy's appearance on the show.

It read: "Stephanie has felt humiliated by Jeremy denying his own son and foolishly announcing publicly his request for a DNA test.

"Jeremy has caused Stephanie massive amount of stress, pressure and upset throughout her pregnancy, ruining what for most women is one of the most special time of their lives.

"Jeremy has at no point throughout the pregnancy or after the birth been in contact directly with Stephanie. Jeremy was categorically not banned from the birth nor did he ever ask to attend."

"Stephanie confirmed to Jeremy that she was pregnant 10 days after they split, any suggestion that she was unfaithful to him is to detract away from his numerous infidelities whilst in the relationship."

That last bit is actually a very good point, we feel...

"Jeremy has been given the option at all times to take part in a DNA test because of past behaviour Stephanie has requested that this is handled via the correct channels and managed by her solicitor.

"Jeremy to date has continually refused the terms of the agreement that Stephanie has proposed which he was given the right to make his own amendments to suit him. This confidentiality agreement was made to ensure the privacy and protect Caben-Albi. Stephanie as a single mother reserves the right to undertake any work she sees fit to provide for their son, her priority."

"It is upsetting to think that Jeremy would stoop so low to challenge the mother of his child to a DNA test live on TV when it was already in hand. This shows how little concern he has for Caben and this is already being dealt with privately.

"Caben and Stephanie have only been out of hospital for a few weeks - however, after spending nine months denying that he is the baby's father, we cannot believe that Jeremy has the audacity to turn the situation around and bring all of this very much into a media circus on his terms only."

Steph posted this statement alongside an image of two screenshots stitched together - one was a quote that Jeremy said to The Sun: "I never said the baby wasn't mine, all I said was there was a doubt because she was with other men in the first two weeks of April."

This was added to a screenshot of him having a conversation on Twitter in which he completely denied that he was the father, saying it "was all lies".

Hmm.

Many people defended Stephanie's decisions, with one tweeter even calling the Irish model a "scumbag".

But others then pointed out that Stephanie had played pretty dirty up until now.

Phillip even advised Jeremy against signing the contract, saying: "If it were me, I wouldn’t sign it, it's unreasonable. Because the terms of that contract in my eyes and in terms of our legal team here and the people that we've discussed it with, it has an impact on your entire life."

Whatever happens here, we are VERY intrigued to know what this contract is about...
