Strictly Come Dancing legend Anton Du Beke has become a first-time father of twins with girlfriend Hannah Summers
Congratulations to Anton Du Beke and his girlfriend Hannah Summers who have just become first-time parents!
The Strictly Come Dancing stalwart shared the happy news on his social media channels alongside a photo of his trademark top hat and cane with two little pairs of baby booties.
The booties were pink and blue to signify that the babies are a boy and a girl. How cute!
Alongside the photo, he wrote the caption: "Oh my! The little dancing feet have arrived. Mum and twins are perfect and dad is ridiculously excited! 💙💗"
N'aww, Anton you big softie.
The 50-year-old announced the news of Hannah's pregnancy back in November with a similar photo to the one he shared yesterday.
Although the names have not yet been announced, he previously joked that they would be named: "Anton and Antoinette" - don't be cruel Anton!
A source told The Sun that the couple had not found it easy to become pregnant, and had so tried IVF: "Hannah didn’t fall pregnant quite as quickly as they would have liked and it was a source of worry for them for a while. Eventually they decided they wanted to try IVF treatment and they are delighted with how much it's worked."
Anton, who is rumoured to be taking Len Goodman's Strictly role as Head Judge on the next series got together with Hannah in 2007, and he told Good Morning Britain that: "Performing was the 'woman' in my life, if you like - but then Hannah came along. She's just perfect.
"She's very beautiful, clever, but also really kind."
What a charmer!
