The 64-year-old was caught in the crossfire when tempers got the better of former Big Brother contestant Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and reality TV star Farrah Abraham.

All of the women had been sitting on a panel for Celebrity Big Brother spin-off Bit On The Side when Farrah labelled Aisleyne a ‘hag’, prompting Aisleyne to throw a drink over her.

Furious, Farrah then grabbed a champagne glass, hurling it at Aisleyne and Vicki - sparking an all-out glass-throwing session.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, she said: “I’m in complete and utter shock. If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face, she could have blinded me. It was awful.

“She whacked the glass hard like a discus. It was the base of the glass and it shattered in my hair. It was so hard my head went forward and back.

“It all went off, it was like the OK Corral, it was like being in a Western. I couldn't believe that was happening on national television.

“It happened in such an instance that the audience went quiet, they were stunned. They couldn't believe it.”

It wasn’t until fellow panellist Janice Dickinson threw a CHAIR at Farrah that she stopped, claimed Vicki.

The former ‘Allo ‘Allo actress was checked by paramedics at the scene, before being taken to hospital and given an MRI.

It was then revealed that she had suffered both whiplash and concussion as a result of the fracas.

Hertfordshire Police are investigating the incident at Elstree Studios in north London, which forced Channel 5 bosses to take the show off-air 10 minutes early.

A Channel 5 spokesman has also confirmed that an investigation is underway.
