Coming out of the I’m A Celebrity… Get me Out Of Here jungle, most celebrities look like a shadow version of their former selves, as the stable rice-and-bean diet, high heat and daily tasks means they usually shrink in size during their time there.

But Geordie lass Vicky reckons she’s the first celeb to come out from down under weighing MORE than when she went into the jungle.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Vicky said:

“I’m the first person in jungle history to gain weight! I’d gone from a low-carb, high-protein diet to constant carbs.”

The brunette beauty also explained that the tasks she had to participate in during the show meant that she gained muscle mass, as they equated to a weight work out.

She said:

“I did a lot of lifting in there and carrying logs and water, so I gained a lot of muscle.”

But the reality star also confessed that there is pressure to keep her slim and toned figure.

She said:

“Maintaining it is as difficult as losing it. When you’re losing weight it’s your goal, so it totally consumes you, whereas when you’re maintaining it you have to do it while living your life as well.” She told OK!.

Queen of the Jungle also explained that there's an added pressure from the feeling that public want her to fail. She said:

“There’s a lot of pressure to look a certain way, especially when you’ve had a big transformation. I’m sure everyone would love to see me fall off the wagon.”

For the Geordie Shore star, it’s all about balance, and sacrificing her social life at the expense of being a size six is just not something she willing to do.

“I looked good and I was fitting in size six clothes but I had no social life. I felt guilty if I had a Nando’s or a night out with my mates. And that’s not the right way to live," told a confident Vicky.

“In order to be happy and be healthy you have to enjoy your life and enjoy things in moderation. So I’ll never do the same

thing again.”

We say its all about balance too, Vicky.
