Vogue Williams recently came under fire from online trolls who taunted the model about her weight after she was pictured in a bikini.

The 30-year-old works incredibly hard to maintain her healthy figure and took to Instagram earlier to silence the critics.

Sharing a photo of herself laughing as she relaxes in a black and white bikini, Vogue wrote: “This one is for everyone who made ridiculous comments about my weight yesterday.

“Regardless of if I'm a size 6 or 26 it's nobody's business and nobody has the right to body shame me or anyone else. I'm 5'11 a size 8/10, 64kgs and 17% body fat, that's my healthy weight and I'm not changing it for anyone.”

Vogue continued: “It's no wonder so many people suffer with body image issues. Be careful with your words because next time you may get someone that is not as strong as me.

“Better still if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.”

You go girl!

Many fans praised her words by commenting on her post, saying how ridiculous the nasty comments were.

One said: “So true! you are strong and healthy and a great role model keep up the good work. Your exercise videos are unreal you work hard.”

Another added: “Well said! People need to learn that they need to learn to be happy with what they see in the mirror, and make positive changes themselves. Putting people down won't change that reflection!”

And we couldn’t agree more.

Vogue certainly shouldn’t listen to the trolls, just look at her incredible figure:

Before heading off for some time in the sun, Vogue wrote on her HELLO! Online blog how she had got in shape for her holiday: “I had been eating a little bit badly during August and my meal portions were slightly out of control!

“I chose a plan with 1750 calories and I was never hungry, there was so much food which goes to show that if you eat healthy you can eat a lot more. I have to be honest I did cheat a little bit, shhhhh don’t tell them! But I still saw a big difference in just ten days.”

She did admit to getting a ‘bum facial’ and went on to recommend the beauty treatment to her readers: “I even feel a little weird posting this pic but I do get a bit of cellulite on the back of my legs and bum and this treatment was great, you can’t see any only after one treatment.”

Would you consider getting a ‘bum lift’?
