X Factor producers were forced to call an ambulance after Fourth Impact singer Celina collapsed before her performance.

The band gave a perfect and lively rendition of Beyonce’s Work It Out and viewers were concerned when crew ran onstage to give Celina a chair after the performance.

Despite feeling unwell, the brave singer soldiered on with her X Factor live performance proving that she truly is a professional.

Impressed with Celina’s bravery, judge Simon Cowell told the band: "Under the circumstances that was the most incredible performance we have ever seen.

"I was there as this was all happening backstage so I know what you've been through. I hope you're OK, sweetheart."

Cheryl gave the girls the option NOT to perform

The band’s mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini revealed that she had given the band the option to pull out of the live show and used rehearsal tapes, but they insisted on performing.

An X Factor spokesman said in a statement: "Celina fainted earlier before her performance. An ambulance was called and she was checked by a medic who said she was OK to perform.

"The girls were given the option to have their rehearsal footage played or to perform as a three, but they choose to perform all together.

"After the performance Celina was checked by a medic again as a precaution."

Get well soon Celina!
