I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!runner-up Adam Thomas, who plays Adam Barton in Emmerdale, has been given a royal welcome back on the set of Emmerdale by his pal Danny Miller - and his soap family couldn't be happier to have the cheeky chap back where he belongs!

The popular character, who took take a break from the dales to star in the back-to-basics reality show for three weeks last months, wowed viewers and came third - losing out to his jungle 'bros' Joel Dommett and Scarlett Moffatt.

And in his first day back at Emmerdale since landing on home soil, Adam's co-stars gave him a true winners welcome.

Awwwwww.

Picking him up in a great big bear hug, Danny Miller (Aaron Dingle) made sure Adam knew he was greatly missed. Watch the beautiful moment here:

Since leaving the jungle, Adam has been busy spilling some secrets about his time in the outback - even admitting that he cried after every single bustucker trial (he completed ELEVEN!).

Speaking on This Morning, Adam said:

"After the trials, I would literally break down and cry like a baby. I would literally be sobbing on my knees crying.

"You walk off the set and every single emotion pours out.

"For me, I’d either be screaming or I’d keep it in, but if I kept it in I’d just let it all out after."

He also admitted that it was the hardest thing he's ever done in his entire life:

"If I knew how tough it was going to be, I wouldn’t have signed up for it.

"It’s just so far out your comfort zone, you’re missing family, and having to live with total strangers."

We can't wait to see Adam back in the dales, can you?
